The drugstore is my favorite place to shop for makeup.
While makeup is very subjective, we feel confident recommending Tarte as our Best Overall concealer. The warmth of your fingers makes this concealer feel extra creamy when applying, but you may use a damp sponge or a brush to good effect. But if you apply it to one under-eye at a time and blend out as you go, you’re golden. This concealer dries quickly and may look a little cakey if you put it on too thickly. If you want to sheer it out, try dabbing the wand tip on the back of your hand, picking up a little bit on your ring finger, and blending it out under your eyes or on top of your blemishes.
